THE PROCESS

Cutting

With a state-of-the-art chop saw, we follow a safety-oriented and precise cutting technique. This also protects the safety of the employees, as well as the accuracy of the cutting and final product.

Skiving

Before joining hose ends, skiving refers to removing (or shaving) a portion of the hydraulic hose coverand/or inner tube.

Assembling

A high-graded finish is achieved by using a robust vice and putting high-quality fittings to each hose.

Crimping

Crimping is the process of compressing hose within a hose fitting by producing a metal sleeve or ferrule with a surrounding sequence of die segments..

Testing

Hydraulic testing involves introducing hydraulic forces to equipment in order to evaluate its behaviour under real-world conditions: High-pressure mechanical resistance , Resistance to hydraulic fatigue is a reaction to transient increases in pressure.

Packaging

Our packaging procedure ensures that products are protected during transit, storage, sale, and use.
